1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Zora’s SMS and email communications (the “Service”). By opting in to or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. We comply with applicable laws and industry guidelines (including TCPA and CTIA). We send messages only with appropriate consent and provide clear opt-out methods. We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last Updated” date reflects the latest revision. Your continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

2. Who We Are

Zora provides business-to-business communications to dental practices and related organizations. We are not a dental clinic. Typical communications include demos, onboarding, support updates, performance/feature notices, and—if separately elected—promotional offers about Zora’s services. No account or purchase is required to receive messages; consent is voluntary and not a condition of purchase. Billing for any paid services is handled externally.

3. Consent & Opt-In Method

Consent is obtained primarily through our website forms (e.g., https://usezora.com/optin). The form collects business contact details (name, practice, email, mobile). Directly above the submit button, consent language explains that by submitting, the user (i) is authorized to be contacted for the practice; (ii) requests the materials/assistance offered; and (iii) provides express consent to receive recurring SMS and email from Zora. Where applicable, non-marketing (service) and marketing consents are presented as separate, optional checkboxes (not pre-checked). We may use double opt-in (e.g., replying “YES”) to confirm enrollment. By opting in, you confirm you are at least 18 and authorized for the practice. We maintain consent records consistent with A2P 10DLC requirements.

4. Message Frequency & Content

Message frequency varies by program and engagement. Examples include onboarding confirmations, reminders, support follow-ups, performance summaries, product/feature notices, system alerts, and (if you opted in) promotional offers related to Zora’s services. Messages are recurring until you opt out.

5. Message & Data Rates

Zora does not charge for the Service; however, message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. You are responsible for any such charges.

6. Opt-Out & Support

You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. We will send a final confirmation and cease further texts for that program. For assistance, reply HELP or email [email protected]. Email messages include an “unsubscribe” link. Opting out of one program will not automatically remove you from other programs you joined separately.

7. Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy, Data Handling & Your Rights

We handle personal information in alignment with our Privacy Policy (https://usezora.com/privacy-policy1) and applicable regulations, including HIPAA (where applicable to our role as a service provider to healthcare businesses) and GDPR (for relevant regions).

  • What we collect: Business contact information you provide (e.g., name, practice, email, phone) and engagement data related to messaging (e.g., replies, opt-ins/opt-outs).

  • How we use it: To deliver and administer the Service (e.g., send the communications you requested, provide support, maintain compliance records).

  • Where we store it: In our internal CRM environment (our GoHighLevel instance) with access controls and industry-standard safeguards.

  • No third-party sharing for marketing: We do not sell or share your mobile number or personal information with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be provided to subcontractors strictly to operate the Service (e.g., message delivery), under confidentiality obligations.

  • Your rights: You may access, correct, or delete your information, or withdraw consent, by contacting [email protected]. We will respond in accordance with applicable laws.

  • Security & retention: We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards; retain data only as long as necessary for the Service, legal compliance, and recordkeeping (including consent logs).

9. Service Availability; Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Delivery can be affected by carriers, networks, devices, or filters; delivery times and receipt are not guaranteed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zora disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. Some jurisdictions limit disclaimers; portions may not apply.

10. Changes, Suspension, and TermInation

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (in whole or part) at any time—for example, for maintenance, platform changes, or if messages become undeliverable. If we materially change these Terms, we will update the “Last Updated” date (and provide additional notice if required by law). Your continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
